Does anyone have any experience with them? I’ve never ridden in one, but I’m considering one for my hard to fit horse. I can’t stand western saddles (no communication between horse and rider) and I’m not sure if there are any parallels to be drawn between treeless and western. I’ve seen a few treeless dressage saddles advertised. What do I need to know before I go looking for one? And what are your experiences with them? Thanks!

But there is a really great Endurance treeless saddle for sale and soo low price. But would it be ok to jump around in for fun for awhile until I can get a more jumping-appropriate saddle?

I am saving for a new saddle, so I want to sell my current saddle and put that money towards the new one.
Right now I have a Crosby close contact. It has knee rolls, and is in great condition. No discoloration or anything. It has small scratches/tears in one spot, but they are just surface, and not very noticable.
I want to sell it on ebay, how much should I try to get?

I am a pretty short rider, and the saddle I am thinking of buying offers extended or shorten flap lengths, but it is quite expensive as it is considered a “custom” saddle when you order this. I ride a section c welsh pony, so she is rather small as well. Do I need to get a smaller flap to be comfortable? I have only ridden in jump saddles before so I don’t know much about this. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I have a close contact HDR saddle and I’m looking for a good fitting pad to go with it. A hunter/jumper pad would be best. HDR saddles have very high knee pads though, so the saddle pads I’ve been using just slide back and the saddle leaves sore marks where it’s rubbed. Any suggestions on where I can find one would be great! Thanks!
